Weimaraners are awesome... Beatiful dog. It is going to be pretty tough finding a rental place that will allow a 90 lb dog. None of the appartments I have ever lived in would allow that. You might have to rent a house if you bring him.

There are a few places that tent to folks with big dogs but few and far between. At least it isn't a pitbull or rottie!

Just an update : I will be flying out to Phoenix on June 12, for 5 days I am going to be staying at the Best Western Dobson Ranch Inn and Resort. While I am there I am going to check out a couple apartments, and do a little exploring I reserved a 4wd rental so I might do some offroad exploring if anyone wants to join me. Hope to meet some of you soon. and I am still undecided on my dog but most likely he is staying in Maryland with my parents.

Cool man! Sounds like we should all meet up for a run and maybe some dinner or something. Feel free to start a thread regarding any of this so we can all start talking about days, times, and trails. I am sure there would also be plently of seats available to ride-along with someone if you don't get that 4x4 rental.
