how much money would i be lookin at to convert a 89 hardbody from ifs to solid axel not including labor i can do it myself

I would say between 1500 and 3500 bucks(obviously sky is the limit if you make it). Check out

Depends on how thirfty you are and how many freebies you can score. I about got my D44 HP with 4.56 detroit done for about $2000.
