***Missing Offroader***

Hello Everyone,

I got a text message from Brenda (DZRT X) about a local offroader that has been missing since 7/19/2011.  He has a 2010 Red Jeep Rubicon 2-door.  Here is the link to the VJC thread:

Yea Aaron was telling me about this.  It's posted over on N4W as well.  I also saw it on AZCentral this afternoon.  It's really weird how he just disappeared.  Really hoping for a good turnout on this.

Sadly this didn't end well.  High centered on a boulder on a remote trail without any supplies and without his meds.

From the description in the article, I'm guessing this was a side trail off the backroad to CK.

Whether you agree or not with what led to his death, bad decision or not there is NO need for any type of negative talk about this outcome.  I won't allow it and posts with a negative tone will be deleted.

It is a sad outcome for all and I am truly sad for all his friends and family.

That is so tragic.  Probably so many little things that could have changed the outcome, yet it turned out this way.  So much effort put into searching by the 4x4 community, yet it was a motorcyclist that found him by chance.
While I am saddened to hear of his demise, I am relieved in a way that there was no foul play.  He was simply a victim of circumstances.  May he rest in peace.

My heart and my prayers go out to his family.
