FS VG33E performance parts
« on: November 04, 2011, 08:03:32 AM »

I have for sale a set of cams that were machined by $LR back in the day. I never installed due to having two more children as well as other vehicle issues. Still in the boxes........$350

A complete in the box set of uninstalled or used heavy duty valve springs......$85

Used Forged Rods from 300ZX..........unknown miles but in great shape..........$100

Two used VG33E cylinder heads from 2002 Xterra with 34000 miles on it when it flipped.......$150

Six new in box VG33E pistons that are 1mm over stock for VG34 build..............$200

2002 Xterra/Frontier upper and lower intake..........$75

Set of used $LR VG33 headers..1000 miles..Small leak in collector that muffler shop could weld up.....$150

New stock intake and exhaust valve set........stock size......$50

I was going to do the fabled VG34 build but ended up having two kids in the last year and a half (should spent more time with the truck and less with wife haha) I will let all go for $850 if some one wants it all or PM me for offers on individual parts. I was going to sell the truck but I just cant do it. Maybe Ill get lucky and V8 it one day.

two questions,
regarding the intake..is that the air intake you speak of and if so, is it the stock box?

and that is a complete set of headers, correct?

The intake is the Intake Manifold the goes from the trottle body to the heads. It has an upper and lower piece.
The headers are complete except gaskets. They WILL need the small hole in collector welded up or you get a faint sound from the leak. They were $450 new if I remember.

I know times are tough, but make offers. I am really leaning on dropping a V8 in this truck now that I have another vehicle as my daily driver and dont need any of these parts.

I also have the NISMO cold air intake that I could let go of for $75.

I'm seriously considering those heads.  I have some cams already, and did my own port job on a set of heads years ago but I think I got too carried away with 'em.  Being that I'm unemployed, I bet I could do another head job a bit more conservatively in a couple of weeks.  Or maybe I'll just pay someone to do it.

What are the specs on the cams, just for others' sake...

Cam Specs are as follows:
Intake and Exhaust Duration........262
Intake Open...17* before TDC.....Close...65* after TDC
Ehaust Open..65* before TDC.....Close...17* after TDC
Cam Lift .290
Valvle Lift .435
34* overlap (whatever that means)

If you want the heads I'll have em shipped ASAP. The more I talk to my buddy who has a shop, the more he is bending my ear toward a Chevy 350 V8 and Turbo 400 Trans. I already have an atlas, D44, and 9" for the rest of the truck.

Overlap is how long both the intake and exhaust valves are open at the same time.

Im located in St Aug Florida. As of now, I still have everything, but I may have somebody buying the truck and most of the parts except the headers. Ill check and see if they want the heads too or if I can lat them go here.
